General User Conduct (Applicable to All Users, including Studio Owners)

Do's:

  1. Comply with Laws: Follow all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, export control, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your information is accurate and updated as necessary.
  3. Review Policies: Adhere to our Privacy Notice, Terms of Service, and notices sent by us.
  4. Authentic Content: Post original content that you have the rights to share.
  5. Respect Privacy: Safeguard the privacy and safety of others.
  6. Foster Positive Interactions: Encourage meaningful interactions, focusing on positive feedback.
  7. Use Content Warnings: Apply content warnings for sensitive or graphic material.
  8. Promote Inclusivity: Respect all cultures, ages, and beliefs.
  9. Transparency in Commercial Content: Clearly disclose endorsements or promotions.
  10. Responsible Use: Utilize platform features responsibly to enhance community interaction.
  11. Creative and Joyful Content: Share content that inspires creativity and brings joy.
  12. Constructive Conversations: Engage constructively, even in disagreements.
  13. Supportive Environment: Maintain a supportive atmosphere, especially in sensitive discussions.
  14. Educate Yourself: Learn about platform features for safe and effective use.
  15. Create a Safe Environment: Actively participate in creating a welcoming environment for new users.
  16. Encourage Adherence: Encourage others to follow community guidelines and terms of service.
  17. Verify Information: Ensure the authenticity of news or health information before sharing.
  18. Moderate Content: Set personal filters to manage your content interactions.
  19. Respect Intellectual Property: Give credit where it’s due for others' work.

Don'ts:

  1. Dishonesty and Inappropriateness: Avoid posting inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content.
  2. Reverse Engineering: Do not attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service or fitDEGREE Content.
  3. Revealing Personal Information: Do not include sensitive personal information except in designated fields.
  4. Competing Services: Do not use information from our Service to provide competing services.
  5. False Affiliations: Do not imply or state affiliation with fitDEGREE without explicit written permission.
  6. Derivative Works: Do not adapt or create derivative works based on the Service.
  7. Unauthorized Transactions: Do not rent, lease, loan, trade, sell, or re-sell access to the Service or Content.
  8. Automated Tools: Avoid using bots or other automated methods to interact with the Service.

Additional Specific Rules for Studio Owners

Do's:

  1. Promote a Healthy Environment: Use the platform to create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  2. Utilize Feedback Tools: Use fitDEGREE’s analytics and feedback tools to improve services.
  3. Community Participation: Engage in community-building activities like forums and webinars.
  4. Maintain Up-to-Date Information: Ensure business and contact information is current for seamless communication.
  5. Enhanced Security: Follow security protocols for handling client data and transactions.
  6. Encourage Positive Interaction: Foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff within the social aspects of the platform.
  7. Moderate Community Engagement: Ensure that any posts or interactions align with community guidelines and promote positive and respectful communication.

Don'ts:

  1. Misuse Client Information: Do not misuse client data for unauthorized promotions.
  2. Manipulate Feedback: Avoid dishonest manipulation of client feedback or ratings.
  3. Redirecting Clients: Do not use the platform to divert clients to competing services.
  4. System Overload: Avoid excessive API calls or bulk data requests inconsistent with normal business usage.
  5. Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share or resell tools, reports, or data accessed through fitDEGREE without permission.

Solicitation: Avoid using the social elements of the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation that does not benefit the fitDEGREE community.
